Profile

Photography has been a life-long passion of mine. There was always a camera in my home when I was growing up and the photos in Life, Look, and National Geographic inspired me. I was in grade school when my mother taught me how to use her twin lens reflex film camera, and later she gave me a camera of my own. Since then, I have rarely traveled anywhere without a camera in hand. I purchased a single lens reflex camera in high school and used it and other film cameras until I switched to digital imaging when the resolution of digital cameras exceeded that of film. I have not looked back. The move to digital photography reinvigorated my interest in the medium and led me to my current focus on travel and macro floral photography. I hope you enjoy my images!
